Service AFTER Hours!
We are really excited to bring a level of service to our customers that is even more convenient that ever before! The Storm Express Service Kiosks make dropping off, and picking up, your vehicle quicker and easier than ever before. Trying to pick up your keys will no longer be inconvenient or restricted by the service department hours. Upon your arrival at our kiosk, you will be prompted to check in using your email address (you may also book your appointment right on the kiosk). After confirming which services you will be receiving, you will then be prompted to drop your keys in one of the twelve secure lock-boxes. That’s it! In 3 minutes or less, you’re all done! You’ll receive an SMS or email notification when your vehicle is completed, an within minutes, you’ll be able to pay for, and pick up, your vehicle. Servicing your vehicle has never been easier!
The Express Service Drop-off/Pick-up Kiosk is the first of it’s kind, and it’s about to re-shape the way consumers interact with service departments all over the world. A customer can drop off and pick up their vehicle at their convenience, even outside of your service department’s hours. With payment integration built-in, the kiosk can take payment and can both accept and dispense the customer’s keys. Coming February 2018 you can finally service your vehicle, your way, with the reliability of the world’s most advanced digital kiosk system.
