ETS Stuff a Bus celebrates 25 years of collaboration with Edmonton’s Food Bank to support local people in need. This partnership has resulted in over 500,000 kg of food donations and $460,000 in cash donations to provide meals during the holiday season and beyond.
“It’s exciting to see how ETS Stuff a Bus has grown to include Stuff a Train and Stuff a Cruiser,” said Eddie Robar, ETS Branch Manager. “Thanks to donations from Edmontonians and the hard work of ETS staff and volunteers, the initiative continues to support those who rely on the Food Bank, especially during the holidays.”
Event Schedule:
- November 27- 29: Buses and volunteers will be collecting donations at participating Save-On-Foods, transit centres and LRT stations. Community Standards Peace Officers will also help Edmontonians “stuff” their cruisers at select Save-On-Foods locations.
- November 30: An ETS bus will be at all Edmonton Save-On-Foods locations and the Spruce Grove Save-On-Foods. ETS’ decorated train car will be at Clareview Station to accept donations.
- December 1: ETS’ decorated train car will be at Southgate Station for donations.
