The event marked our organization’s commitment to promoting active and healthy lifestyles while fostering a sense of unity among sports enthusiasts and participants.

Jeremiah Lauzon has been selected to represent the Canadian track & field team that will be participating at the Pan Am Games in Santiago Chile this October.

High Performance coach Ronald Hewer and Jeremiah and very excited for the nomination to the Canadian team. This will be Jeremiah’s second national team experience on the global stage, and first on the senior team.

Jeremiah is a member of the Alberta Speed School track club located in Red Deer.

We’re thrilled to announce the successful launch of the Central Sport Volunteer Team, a dedicated group of individuals who have been instrumental in ensuring the success of the Red Deer Riggers Men’s Baseball Nationals this past August.

Their hard work and commitment were truly inspiring! We have a series of exciting events lined up for the rest of the year and next year too! Our volunteer team will be right there, making a difference in the Central Alberta community.

If you or anyone you know is passionate about supporting the community through sports and wants to be part of our incredible team, we’re actively looking to expand our ranks. The JBRHL has existed in Red Deer for over 30 years and is the only adult no-hit hockey league that allows individuals to register and then get placed on a team for the season. All games are played in Red Deer, jerseys and 2 officials are provided for each game.
