The holidays are our biggest fundraising season of the year. Please open your hearts so we can continue to open our doors to animals in need. Right now we have over 200 animals in care & so many more will come to us throughout the year.
We are NOT government funded & do not euthanize for space. Some animals are with us over a year until they find the loving home they deserve.
If you are able, please donate this Christmas so we can continue to provide love, medical treatment and care to vulnerable animals all year long.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you! Your gift truly does make a difference. You can make your holiday donation here, to make a one time gift or become a monthly donor.
You can even send a virtual Christmas gift to the animal lover in your life by making a Pawsitive donation for the care of shelter animals in their name. Send an e-card or we will send a hand-written card on your behalf.
More ways to support animals in care, with For the Love of Animals Lottery! You could win MINIMUM $12,500! Tickets are $25 each, 3 for $50, 5 for $75 or 8 for $100. All proceeds will directly benefit lost & forgotten animals in Central Alberta!
After 15 years as a TV reporter with Global and CBC and as news director of RDTV in Red Deer, Duane set out on his own 2008 as a visual storyteller. During this period, he became fascinated with a burgeoning online world and how it could better serve local communities. This fascination led to Todayville, launched in 2016.
When you purchase tickets for Red Deer Hospital Lottery and Mega Bucks 50, you do more than just play—you become part of something bigger. You help bridge the gap between what government funding provides and what your hospital truly needs to deliver exceptional care.
Your support helps fund state-of-the-art equipment that doctors and nurses need right now to care for patients across Central Alberta. While plans for the hospital expansion move forward, healthcare doesn’t wait. Patients in our community need access to life-saving technology today, and your generosity makes that possible.
This year’s lottery will fund essential new and replacement equipment, ensuring your hospital can continue to serve the 500,000 people who rely on it. When you purchase your ticket, you’re investing in innovation, excellence, and a healthier future for Central Alberta.
